build, in six steps
Every project follows the same path. By the time we show up to install, every decision has already been made and signed off.

First conversation
You tell us what you’re building, how big it is and when you need it. We decide together whether a site visit makes sense.
- 02
Site visit and measuring
We measure the real space and note what the build actually looks like. Free in León and across the Bajío.
- 03
Design and shop drawings
We design it and hand you the drawings. Nothing gets cut until you’ve approved them.
- 04
Quote and signing
One quote, itemized line by line. Work starts on a 70% deposit.
- 05
Built in the workshop
Cutting, milling, lacquering and assembly, all on precision machinery under one roof.
- 06
Install and handover
We install around the other trades on site. The remaining 30% is due once it’s in and working.

About the process
What if I want to change the design after signing?
As long as we haven't started fabricating, almost anything can be adjusted. Once in production, any change is quoted separately because it means re-drawing the cut list. That's why we approve drawings before we cut.
Do you work with my architect or designer?
Yes, and we love it. We take their design, turn it into cut drawings and coordinate directly with them throughout the build.
How long does a project take on average?
It depends on scope. A kitchen runs about 4 to 7 weeks and a closet 3 to 5. We give you a real date in the quote and we keep it.
Do you install outside León?
Yes. In León and across the Bajío the site visit is free. Anywhere else in Mexico we add travel costs, agreed up front.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer or cryptocurrency. We take the major coins and stablecoins (USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH and others). For your safety we never publish a wallet address online. We confirm the address and the network with you over WhatsApp before every transfer. Terms are 70% to start and 30% once it is installed.
